[squid-users] Newbie question -SQUID dies when processing http request

Hi,
I've just recently start to use SQUID,
so I deaparately need your help.
The SQUID process is dies whenever I'n sending
http request from IE browser. Below are extract from the
cache.log file (its a mixed of my own messages and SQUID debug messages)

Could youplease help me to understand what causing the Segment violation
