[squid-users] deny_info not working

Hi all

Ver : Squid 2.5 stable 5
OS : Redhat 9

I am trying to use a custom error page for my clients but cannot get it
to work. I have restricted the downloads of certain file types during
office hours using :

acl files url_regex -i "/usr/local/squid/etc/banned-files.txt"
deny_info ERR_BANNED_FILES.htm files
http_access deny files workdays

But when i try and access one of the file type that is restricted, I
still get my default error page coming up and not my custom
ERR_BANNED_FILES.htm page.

Anyone have any ideas?
