No, from squid.conf.default:

external_acl_type name [options] FORMAT.. /path/to/helper [helper arguments..]

So it should be:

external_acl_type ntlm_group ttl=0 concurrency=5 protocol=2.5 %LOGIN
/usr/lib/squid/wbinfo_group25.pl

FYI: just verified here that wbinfo_group.pl from 2.6 works fine from
command line with Samba 3.0.22.
