1. Enable log_query_terms to have the full URL logged and make sure it's
identical.

2. Make sure you have not blocked caching of query URLs. The suggested
default config does.. See the cache directive.

3. If still no luck, check with the cacheability check engine to make
sure the response isn't blocked from caching by the application.

4. If still in doubt, enable log_mime_hdrs and post a couple of entries
(two, max three) and we will try helping you finding the correct knobs
to make Squid cache the object.
