RE: [squid-users] Redirect to squid with IPTABLES

Well, the server that I'm redirecting to already has apache on port 80, and
I don't want to put squid in front of it at this point. I just need squid
to retrieve internet requests, which is why I'm leaving it on 3128.

In the squid.conf, I put:
http_port 3128 transparent

And I get:
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.google.com

The following error was encountered:

    * Unable to forward this request at this time.

This request could not be forwarded to the origin server or to any parent
caches. The most likely cause for this error is that:

    * The cache administrator does not allow this cache to make direct
connections to origin servers, and
    * All configured parent caches are currently unreachable.

Your cache administrator is webmaster.

In the cache.log I see:

I'm assuming I'm missing something in the conf...?
