[squid-users] Understanding Referesh Pattern

Hi all,

I am trying to get a better understanding of the referesh_pattern
configuration. I've read through the documentation and have a basic
understanding of min time vs. max time but I don't understand the
percentage and what it's impact is.

With the three examples below - what would the caching behavior be?
