Hi Everyone,

For the past few days, I've been having trouble getting squid to connect to our router.
After enabling squid, when I issue the "ip wccp web-cache detail" I get the following:
--------------
WCCP Cache-Engine information:
        Web Cache ID: 10.100.0.21
        Protocol Version: 2.0
        State: NOT Usable
        Redirection: L2
        Packet Return: L2
        Packets Redirected: 0
        Connect Time: 00:00:24
        Assignment: MASK
---------------

When I issue a debug off the router I am seeing the following:

---------------
Sep 5 21:23:22 EDT: WCCP-EVNT:S00: Here_I_Am packet from 10.100.0.21 w/bad rcv_id 00000000
Sep 5 21:23:22 EDT: WCCP-PKT:S00: Sending I_See_You packet to 10.100.0.21 w/ rcv_id 00000106
Sep 5 21:23:27 EDT: WCCP-PKT:S00: Sending Removal_Query packet to 10.100.0.21w/ rcv_id 00000107

Sep 5 21:23:32 EDT: WCCP-EVNT:wccp_copy_wc_assignment_data: allocate orig hash info (40 bytes)
Sep 5 21:23:32 EDT: WCCP-EVNT:wccp_copy_wc_assignment_data: exit
Sep 5 21:23:32 EDT: WCCP-PKT:S00: Sending I_See_You packet to 10.100.0.21 w/ rcv_id 00000108
Sep 5 21:23:42 EDT: WCCP-EVNT:S00: Here_I_Am packet from 10.100.0.21 w/bad rcv_id 00000000
Sep 5 21:23:42 EDT: WCCP-PKT:S00: Sending I_See_You packet to 10.100.0.21 w/ rcv_id 00000109
----------------

I am curious to why "WCCP-EVNT:S00: Here_I_Am packet from 10.100.0.21 w/bad rcv_id 00000000" is occuring.

Squid is installed on RHEL 4.0
Cisco 7606 w/SUP720 [IOS 12.2(17d)SXB1]

Anyone else experience this issue.. I have seen some message in the mailing list, but haven't really found a solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
