[squid-users] Stuck - Tproxy+WCCPv2 Layer2

I'm not sure what I'm missing. I have a system on the same subnet as a
6500 switch layer 3 (PFC2/MSFCII) running 12.2.18(SDX). I'm running
squid 2.6 STABLE3

Here is my squid.conf file..
