I was struggling with this problem a couple of month ago. I am not
sure how I get through. Are you working with Windows? If so you better
get off with msys. You use Cygwin instead. I have one compiled and
running on XP. I never got problem on Linux and FreeBSD. On Windows,
it is 2.6S3, any revision will be working on Linux and FreeBSD.
