Thanks, Henrik. Can I apply the patch directly over the previous patch
or should I start with a fresh copy?

Found some brokenness in the patch over the weekend causing Squid to
crash on certain sites. Also found time to finally publish the patch at
devel.squid-cache.org. Please get the updated version from there if you
plan running this in production..
