Just a quick note to help anyone else who's trying to get SCAVR

working with Squid 2.6.
It appears the redirect_program (url_rewrite_program) is now passed an
extra field, the urlgroup. Line 683 of SquidClamAV_Redirector.py needs
to be changed to read:
url, src_address, ident, method, urlgroup = split(squidline)
to make things work.
