Proxying of NTLM is a bit troublesome since it doesn't follow the HTTP
specifications and authenticates connections instead of requests.
Bacause of this the proxy needs specific support for proxying of NTLM
authentication.

The needed workarounds to be able to proxy NTLM is found in Squid-2.6
and later.
