i did
du -sh /usr/local/squid/var/*

and get the following output

199M /usr/local/squid/var/cache
40M /usr/local/squid/var/logs

I think its right now.I will chechk it after some days.Hope it will
work.

One more thing, some good tools for suqid backup ??

Any backup tool should do. But I do not consider backups of the cache
useful. It's not really important data as they are removed from the
cache at some time anyhow.

Maybe you want to keep the logfiles for some time. You definitely should
backup your squid.conf.
