Beginner squid developer task

Hi fellow coders among us. Have an idea for a beginner Squid developer
task if anyone is interested.

In Squid there is quite many ACL types, but yet none of them is very
suited for matching lists of URLs beyond the hostname.

What I have in mind is two new acls. One matching URL prefixes kind of
like the SquidGuard urllist acl type, and one specifically for matching
filename extensions (.exe etc..).

If there is anyone interested in this please contact
squid-dev@squid-cache.org to discuss the details. Only basic knowledge
in C or C++ is required, no prior experience with Squid coding is
required.

Regards
Henrik
