How do the LDAP behave if you use ldapsearch to search for the user DN?
The equivalen ldapsearch command line matching the search performed by
squid_ldap_auth is
ldapsearch -h ldapservername -x -a never -A -D binddn -w bindpasswd -b basedn -f cn=rolf -s sub -t 0 -z 0 1.1
