The patch is already in 2.6.STABLE17 (pending release today or
tomorrow).

Squid-3 do not yet handle HTTP/1.1 chunked encoding at all, and will be
somewhat confused if seen (garbage result to the client).. Adding
support for chunked encoding is scheduled for 3.1.
