[squid-users] Uploading and Downloading Issue

HI

I am new to squid and i want to block users uploading(files) to
Hotmail,Yahoo,gmail.....etc..
further i want to block users from uploading and downloading files through
MSN Messenger,yahoo messenger(if possible)..
