Web requests that have gone through a proxy should contain an
X-Forwarded-For: header, or on some proxies a Client-IP: header.

There are some proxies which anonymize the info by removing or never
ading those headers. But there is not much you can do about those anyway
except blame them mercilessly for all the traffic that comes out of them
;-).
