To know the mime type, the data must be already available, which is too late
for encoding. Maybe if you'd fetch it by the redirector, but in such case
it's useless to fetch the data by squid, unless using the redirector as
parent proxy...
What do you want to achieve? Is there any change to get the same result
using ICAP?
