I would guess your cache has been poisoned.

www.bursatransport.ro or their network supplier www.eunoc.net probably
went down for some short planned alteration.

Your proxy may be using one of the many proxies configured to store DNS
results long after they are obsolete (positive_dns_ttl/negative_dns_ttl) or
to ignore the superior information sent by webmasters about this kind of
thing (negative_ttl or refresh_pattern + override-*).
