I am confused :)

Not sure, if I'm correct, but squid could be used in sibling mode. In this case there are two or more squid nodes communicating to each other, and somehow having a load ballance between each oter or so?

If I use a Pac file, I can set who should use Cache Node1,Cache Node2 in order, and who should try Cache node2, Cache node1 in order to have failover, and load ballance as well.

I dont know if I am correct on this?

What would happen if one employee is loggen into lets say to an Ebanking site to check his/her own account from work, and while he/she having an active session, one of the cache servers goes down.
In sibling mode do they replicate data between each other?
If I would use a Pac based configuration I am sure the conetent is not duplicated.

I don't understand your question.
