A little suggestion for multihomed machines:
Is it possible that UDP requests received on a certain IP-Interface are
always replayed on the same IP-Address from where the request was received?
(bind is working this way too).

If a child - or sibling proxy gets an answer from an IP-Address which
doesn't resolve to the same host name configured then access is denied.
