If it is running on your local computer, and you are the person who wants
to be anonymous (as opposed to you offering this service to other people
out there on the net) then clearly you cannot hide your IP and you might
as well not bother. You *might* be able to almost get what you want by
having your squid link to several other parents and not allow any direct
fetches, but I don't think that's what you want. You'd also have to
configure your own squid not to pass some mime headers or any info about
your IP (X-Forwarded-For:, or whatever it is). Would probably require some
source hacking.
