IE doesn't have internal icons like Netscape. You can use ftpget commandline
options to set this to be your local webserver icon directory. Of course,
Squid 1.2 will have internal icons.

Mine are set to:

ftpget_options -p http://www.yourdomain.net.au/icons/ -s .gif

I had to soft link a few of the icons as IE requested ones with different
names.
