unable to run squid

        hey,
           could somebody help me with my problem upon running
        squid?
        I am running /usr/local/squid/bin/squid -z to creat a cache.
        But it so happens that while it is creating I have pressed the
        the enter key on the keyboard and it stops.
        I run /usr/local/squid/bin/squid and it has an error of:
        
        FATAL:All redirectors have excited!
              IOT trap/abort

        what will I do now?
        help me please!;
