Squid making direct connexions - why?

   Hello,

I asked this question here already, but received no response, so I am
trying again: My squid is, despite of the fact that it has configured
default parent, making direct connecxions to original WWW sites bypassing
parent cache. Can anyone tell me how can this happen? The parent proxy is
apparently up and running. I have squid 1.1.21 and my hierarchy config is
appended below.

cache_host cache-ph.ten34.ces.net parent 3128 3130 weight=4 default
cache_host cache.ten34.ces.net parent 3128 3130
cache_host moon.ul.cesnet.cz sibling 3128 3130 proxy-only
local_domain ujep.cz ul.cesnet.cz unicom.cz spssul.hiedu.cz
local_domain svkul.cz mag-ul.cz saltek.cz armex.cz sitewell.cz
neighbor_timeout 3
cache_stoplist cgi-bin ? cgibin htbin

   Bye Borek
