squid and ms proxy 2.0

Hi,

I would like to make ms proxy server 2.0 act as a parent or sibling to
squid(1.1.21). (Pls. don't ask me why!)

I have used this line in squid.conf:

cache_host <ms proxy server> parent 80 7 no-query

and still no go.
