squid and netscape proxy 3.5

Hi,

[sorry if this is off topic.]

I finally settled with netscape proxy 3.5 as a parent to squid since
netscape proxy supports icp.

But... cachemgr.cgi says that:

How can I configure netscape to act as a parent to squid?
