Sibling Relation

Hi All,

I have a confusion here. I made a sibling relationship of two cache host running squid2stable3 and at the other end squid2.1Patch2.
Following is the example of relationship I made.

"proxy1.host.com "is the cache host at my side
"proxy2.host.com"is at the other side.

I just want to make a sibling relationship b/w these two hosts. But I just want to send ICP query from proxy1. proxy2 don't need to send any icp query to proxy1.
I have configured the proxy1 and told it that it has a sibling relationship with proxy2. But did'nt told proxy2 that it has any kind of sibling relation. Now wether i should mension in both's squid.conf that they have sibling relationship b/w them and tell proxy2 in option "no query". If Y then how. Because the proxy1 is continuously giving message "Timeout" to its sibling and dierectly goes to real server.
