Hi there.
Maybe not a bug.
Normally that sort of things happen when squid_ldapauth is NOT executable...
Check if it has the execute bit set (chmod +x squid_ldapauth ) and retry.

This indicates some bug with the squid_ldapauth program. Maybe you
can run it manually to debug it.
