OSX Server compiling woes

MacOSX Server v1.02
Default installation of v1.0 and upgraded directly to v1.02
No further additions have been made to the system

Actions:

1 # ./configure
2 # make all

Errors:

squid.h:166 warning: could not use precompiled header
'/System/Library/Frameworks/Syste,.framework/Headers/bsd/libc.p', because:
squid.h:166 warning: 'sys/ucred.h' has different date than in precomp
ftp.c:1857: illegal cast, missing ')' after 'peer'
make{1}: *** {ftp.o} Error 1
make: *** {all} Error 1

Actually, there were quite a few of the "squid.h:166" errors, but the one
pertaining to ftp.c was the one that stopped the compile.

I checked "ftp.c", but found no actual errors, but I must admit my own
inadequacy on these matters.

Any thoughts?
