[SQU] Stamps.com

Oh my... What a joke.

Stamps.com does something unusuall (non-http) with Port 80 on some of their
servers. Our customers, all of which are behind our transparent squid,
don't work any more with stamps.com. So, I've been in contact with
Stamps.com numerous times to find out which IP addresses they need to have
routed around my proxy (I'm doing cisco policy routing). They keep giving
me the address of 216.33.164.154, which appears to be a cisco switch or
router, not a web server. Nothing comes through on port 80 at all. I've
been up and down their support department, and have even spoken with the
"boss". Still nothing. They won't let me talk to someone with a clue in
engineering.

Has ANYONE been able to get this to work? Does anyone have any idea what
IP's need to be "unproxied" for stamps.com?

Also, a suggestion. Cacheflow (and I'm sure other cache manufacturers)
keeps a centralized list of ips that should not be cached, or that should be
routed around. A central repository like that would sure be nice for Squid.
I realize not everyone can route around things so easily, but a good list of
sites that should not be proxied would be a great asset.

Thanks!
