[squid-users] question to gurus about expiring time...

I am running a cache in http-accell mode and need to be able to set the
cache server to only refresh the content if the last modified date has
incremented. Under all other circumstances I wish the content to remain
cached indefinately.

Does anyone out there know the proper way to accomplish this?
