Subject: Hope someone can help....

Hello from Honduras

We are small internet service serving all Honduras and we run SQUID Cache as
a transparent proxy server.... but once in awhile for no reason I can see
the Squid cannot access an important VPN site used by one of my largest
clients...

the Squid log reads the IP as TCP_MISS:NONE .... my question is why does
this happen to only this location and how can we stop it from happening....
for all other traffic Squid is perfect !

any help will be greatly appreciated. This is kind of an emergency for these
folks..

squid# more access.log | grep 209.51.134.99
