Not that I know of. Patches are welcome. But authenticate_ttl should work
reasonably well.

I see the exact opposite where the digest helper is only queried once per
user until Squid is restarted or the user is completely expired by
authenticate_ttl idle timeout.

What is desired is that there is a ttl specifying how often the helper
should be requeried, and in addition to requery the helper on
authentication failures.
