Wrong helpe. You should be using ntlm_auth from the Samba distribution,
not the wb_ntlmauth shipped with Squid. The wb_ntlmauth is for Samba-2.X
where no NTLM helper is shipped with Samba.

Same error here.

Just replace the helper with the Samba one. You are already using it as if
it was the Samba provided helper.
