Thank you for your reply. I acchieve it like :

ComputerA-----squid proxy 1---- squid proxy 2 ----- Internet
              (use Ncsa_Auth) (user:test)

only modify the squid.conf with:

cache_peer proxy2.domain parent 3128 3130 login=test:passwd-of-test

The authentication is in one level. But it's not necessary to set
never_direct and always_direct.
